Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using Redtail, including account responsibilities, acceptable use, reports, exports, and support.
Last updated: June 19, 2026
1. Using Redtail
Redtail helps users research public Reddit discussions, extract search terms, score opportunities, and organize findings into reports. You are responsible for deciding how to use the research and for complying with the rules of any third-party communities you engage with.
You must use Redtail lawfully and may not use it to harass people, spam communities, collect sensitive personal information, evade platform restrictions, or misrepresent yourself or your organization.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address tied to your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us at support@reddkit.xyz. We may suspend access while we investigate security or abuse concerns.
3. Plans, usage, and limits
Redtail plans may include monthly limits on discovered Reddit threads, search terms, saved reports, exports, or other features. Limits may vary by plan and may be adjusted for operational reliability, abuse prevention, or custom agreements.
Usage counters are based on scans and returned threads recorded by the service. If a provider outage or internal error affects your usage, contact support and we will review it.
4. Reports and outputs
Reports are research aids, not legal, financial, marketing, or professional advice. You should verify important findings before making decisions or contacting communities.
Redtail may use automated systems and third-party providers to generate search terms, retrieve public results, enrich report metadata, and summarize patterns. Outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate.
5. Third-party services and public data
Redtail may rely on third-party services for search, website analysis, authentication, hosting, and database infrastructure. Those services may have their own terms and availability limits.
Reddit threads and other public source data remain controlled by their respective platforms and authors. Redtail does not grant you rights to content beyond your own reports and original inputs.
6. Payment and cancellations
Paid plans, if enabled for your account, are billed according to the plan or agreement shown at purchase or confirmed with our team.
To request billing help, plan changes, cancellation, or invoice support, contact support@reddkit.xyz from the account email.
7. Service changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves, as provider capabilities change, or as required for security and reliability.
We may update these terms by posting a new version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
8. Contact
