Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Redtail collects, why it is used, and how to contact us about privacy questions.

Last updated: June 19, 2026

1. Information we collect

Account information: your email address, authentication identifiers, plan, admin status, and account timestamps.

Report information: domains, business names, product names, competitor names, generated search terms, Reddit result metadata, report scores, summaries, and saved report content.

Usage information: monthly usage counters, report IDs, thread counts, search-term counts, timestamps, and basic operational logs.

Support information: emails you send to support@reddkit.xyz and any details you include about your account, reports, billing, or product feedback.

2. How we use information

We use account information to authenticate users, secure access, manage plans, and provide admin/account features.

We use report and usage information to generate scans, save reports, enforce plan limits, improve report quality, troubleshoot issues, and provide support.

We use support information to respond to your request and keep a record of account or billing actions we take.

3. Third-party providers

Redtail may send submitted domains, business names, competitor names, search terms, and related report inputs to third-party providers used for search, website extraction, AI-assisted analysis, hosting, authentication, and database services.

We do not use the service to intentionally collect private Reddit messages or non-public community content. Search results and enrichment are based on public pages and provider responses.

4. Data retention

Saved reports remain in your account so you can revisit them. Usage events are retained for plan enforcement, billing review, and operational analysis.

You can request deletion of account-associated report data by contacting support@reddkit.xyz. Some records may be retained where needed for security, legal, billing, or abuse-prevention reasons.

5. Security

We use row-level security, authenticated access controls, server-side service credentials, and provider-side authentication to protect account data.

No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account or data has been exposed, contact support@reddkit.xyz promptly.

6. Your choices

You can choose what domains, products, competitors, and search terms you submit. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information or confidential business information unless you are comfortable using it for a report.

You can request help with account data, report deletion, or billing records by emailing support@reddkit.xyz from the account email.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Redtail changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
