How to contact us
Email support@reddkit.xyz from the email address you use for your Redtail account. Include the domain or product you scanned, the approximate time of the scan, and any error message you saw.
For report quality issues, include what looked wrong and what you expected the scan to find. That helps us distinguish provider coverage, query quality, and scoring issues.
Account and billing help
We can help with sign-in problems, plan changes, usage-limit questions, invoice questions, and account access issues.
For security, we may ask you to confirm ownership of the account email before making changes.
Report and export issues
If a report export looks wrong, send the report name and the export format. For PDF issues, note your browser and whether you used the PDF button or the browser print menu.
If Reddit results look sparse, include the input and any competitors/search terms used so we can review whether the search terms should be adjusted.
Expected response time
We aim to respond within two business days. Urgent account-access or billing issues are prioritized when the subject line clearly describes the issue.
